The Montgomery
Center for Family Medicine is a 25,000 square foot outpatient treatment
facility, opened in December 2000. The center is our main office building
for the residency training program and is conveniently located across the
street from Self Regional Medical Center.
It houses 30 exam rooms with four nurse's stations, three minor surgery rooms, laboratory and X-ray suites, an exercise stress lab, administrative offices, a computer lab and library, residents' lounge and offices, state-of-the-art conference and lecture rooms and a patient education room.
It also includes creature comforts of home: cable television; a full kitchen; male and female locker rooms and showers; and a scenic rooftop patio.
The center utilizes an advanced electronic medical records system to assist in providing exceptional, and current medical care to our patients. It is easily accessed via a wireless network throughout the office, and from within the hospital or at home utilizing a secure network.
